I regularly go to the Concept Beauty Clinic for Waxing appointments, I have always seen Natalie who is very experienced, professional and friendly and puts me at ease and great results.
The Team as a whole are very helpful and have helped me adjust appointments when needed.

Natalie was brilliant - professional and gentle with hot wax and nails, so much fun - felt like I’d spent the morning with a friend.
