I’d like to share my experience with Mounjaro weight loss injections, under the care of Dr Abdullah Mawas, Consultant Gastroenterologist at the Colchester Medical Aesthetics Clinic.

For years, I struggled with my weight. At my heaviest, I was 132 kilos at 173 centimetres tall, which placed me in the severely obese category. I had tried countless diets and approaches, but nothing gave me lasting results. At one point, I was even considering gastric surgery. However, because of my COPD, I was strongly advised against it—the anaesthesia would have carried significant risks.

It was at this point that I was introduced to Dr Mawas, and I can honestly say he has been a godsend. From the very first consultation, he took the time to review my medical history thoroughly and to understand my individual situation. After careful assessment, he suggested trying Mounjaro, and I began the treatment about 15 to 16 months ago.

The results have been nothing short of transformative. I have lost over 30 kilos. My energy levels have improved dramatically, my mobility is so much better, and I feel like a completely different person in many ways. Beyond the weight loss, there have been major improvements in my overall health. I had previously crossed the threshold for type 2 diabetes, but my blood sugar levels have now dropped significantly. My blood pressure is also much improved, which has reduced my risk of future complications.

One of the things I value most about this journey is the ongoing support I’ve received from Dr Mawas. He has stayed in regular contact with me, offering encouragement, dietary advice, and reassurance every step of the way. His expertise is obvious, but what makes him truly exceptional is his manner—he’s warm, approachable, and makes you feel at ease. I have always felt secure and well cared for under his supervision.

I am doing treatment with dr ebaji, this is my honest review. I am someone with acne issues for very long and I have tried plenty of treatments but it works for a while and then I have acnes again. I did 6 months of treatment in some other aesthetics but it just made it worse , then I approached to dr ebaji who is so gentle and has so much patience. I could really see that she is passionate about her work. She explained me about my skin and made sure I take the right skin care for both morning and night. This has made my skin absolutely amazing and got confidence to not even wear any makeup.

Dr sawsan suggested radio frequency. I had 6 sessions and I couldn’t be happier.
Now after 18 months , my jawline still looks much tighter and I am very happy with result.
