Appointment and left the clinic. after 15 minutes I went back around 5:40 just to check that she canceled my appointment or not because I didn’t received any confirmation of cancellation and surprisingly clinic was closed I waited for 10 minutes but no body came and their opening ours are till 8’0 clock. Last time they charge me 15£ to cancel my appointment and this time they cancel it when I was already there for treatment

Excellent service. All the staff are very friendly, professional and nice. I can see alot of improvement after desired sessions. I would highly recommend this clinic. Special thanks to Lara for the service she provided. She's done a wonderful job. She's very sweet and does her work properly and neatly. She makes sure all the hair are gone from the desired areas.

I would not recommend this company at all, they will keep on cancelling appointments. Then tell you when you're there after booking an appointment from over a month ago that they don't have enough products. Should there not be enough products baring in mind they are running a business. Supposedly they have run out of stock and there has been a delay of over... Show more »

I would not recommend this company at all, they will keep on cancelling appointments. Then tell you when you're there after booking an appointment from over a month ago that they don't have enough products.

Should there not be enough products baring in mind they are running a business. Supposedly they have run out of stock and there has been a delay of over a week due to the Bank holiday. Yet no common courtesy of them calling to let the client know to reschedule for another day even though they come from far.

Then when asking to speak to a manager they don't want to speak to you. Then again to be told they now have stock when they lied, previously when having had a hydrafacial there were 4 bottles in the machine when I was told they had products when I walked into the treatment room this time around there were only 3 bottles, I have previously taken the attached photo so no mistake from my end more of a lie on theirs. They probably don't even do it properly. Also no apologies with the exception of Nazia the therapist who was kind enough to say she will do her best and give me an additional 15 minutes next times for the inconvenience caused.

When there are offers for treatments think twice about taking them as they may cheat you as common customers don't know what they really use and you may be lied to.

It's a shame I can't reply to your response. The therapist hadn't lied, clearly the entire company lied and cheat their customers. Many people were involved in lies also you pay for additional products which are supposed to be used with these facials and surprise surprise the products are not available to be used with the treatments. It seems like Colaz just like to take money and not have a care in the world for customers. Show less »
