I have been a client of Colaz Southall since 2020, and I genuinely believe they are the best laser clinic in London. The staff, customer service, and hygiene are truly outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received. After making half payment for a full-body laser package, I was given an appointment date. However, four weeks later, I discovered the appointment was never actually booked for that day/time. The lack of immediate confirmation emails and their disorganized booking system has now resulted in a 6.5-week wait for my first session. To be told I am "lucky" to have an appointment is an unacceptable response to their own administrative failure. This is not how a reputable business should operate. Also reading a lot of other customers experiences says all about the business. No sessions done & they’re refusing to refund my money. Wouldn’t recommend. Show less »

I've been undergoing laser treatment at Colaz, and the entire team has been incredibly supportive and professional. Sharan was consistently helpful and supportive throughout my sessions, making the experience smooth and reassuring. All the other technicians are fantastic as well, and Nicola is a wonderful, welcoming manager who truly enhances the atmosphere.

I also had a HydraFacial session with Raj—she is an absolute genius when it comes to facial massage. Her techniques not only leave me deeply relaxed, but she also shares excellent skincare tips that have made a real difference.
