The staff are absolutely lovely — super friendly, professional, and they always make me feel comfortable. I was a bit awkward at first about the more intimate areas, but they were so reassuring and made me feel completely safe and at ease. I was interested in six sessions of bikini hair removal. I went for a patch test and after a short explanation of the process I was surprised that the test was carried out without gel and on my bikini area. I was interested in six sessions of bikini hair removal. I went for a patch test and after a short explanation of the process I was surprised that the test was carried out without gel and on my bikini area. It felt like lots of tiny pin pricks at the same time. I was then given a price 30% more than advertised online and told this ‘offer’ price was only available until the end of the day and I would need to pay in full that day. None of this sat well with me as I felt under pressure to committee there and then so I left.

A few days later I went for a patch test at a different clinic in the area. I was given a full explanation about hair growth, the machine and process before a patch test was carried out using gel on the inside of my arm. The clinician explained that the inside of the arm is a sensitive area that can give a better indication on how you react to the laser. There was a feeling of bearable heat as opposed to pin pricks, he explained that the gel is an important conductor that protects the skin. He also explained that a test should never be done on the actual area to be treated as this will count as 1 measure of exposure and can not be treated for 3-4 weeks. The price for 6 sessions was as advertised online and he advised I could go away and think about it and give them a call when I was ready.

I recently visited colaz slough and had an amazing experience. I purchased a package that included laser treatment and hydrafacial and I am absolutely thrilled with the results so far. My skin looks and feels incredible- smooth, refreshed, and glowing! The staff at Colaz are incredible friendly, professional, and attentive. The girls at Colaz Slough are amazing and make you feel very comfortable during your appointment.
