Rachael is great and easy to work with! Unfortunately I had to reschedule my appointment for a later date and Rachael was so understanding and made the process really easy. Her system sends out a message to make sure you know when your appointment time is and it also sends a reminder, which is really helpful when you have young children who often make appoin...
