Millie, not only are you a receptionist and an amazing one, you tonight were brilliant with me knowing how scared I was but your words of encouragement and understanding helped me so much! You are absolutely lovely and I just need you to know you are such a sweet and caring girl!

Yusuf and his assistant (I didnt catch her name) were also amazing with me from start to finish, they knew I was petrified and they both made me feel at ease. So caring, so understanding and they couldn't do enough for me and its thanks to you I now dont need to suffer over the christmas period and I am so so happy.

Thank you to you three so so much! I hope you have a really good Christmas and have some rest just like you all deserve and have a brilliant New Year.

Was seen by Hardeep whom gave me my options and some realisations i opted for the extraction, this was the quickest and most pain free I've ever been from an extraction. The receptionist Millie was Polite, warm and very welcoming for starters.

Was seen by Hardeep whom gave me my options and some realisations i opted for the extraction, this was the quickest and most pain free I've ever been from an extraction. He and his Dental Nurse made me Comfortable and gave me great advice. Definetly recommend. Not sure on the stance WRT NHS patients, you wiuld need to call the practice for more info.

After the procedure Millie once again was polite and warm when dealing with settling up the cost. A price i found reasonable considering the circumstances.

Called them at 1700 ish on my way home from work was seen by 1900 ish had an Xray and was on my way out by 1940ish. Show less »

This is the dental practice you need ! While all others are frustrating, this lot deliver classic customer service, with exceptional practice skills. I’ve visited tonight due to a swore tooth and have been seen quickly and efficiently. Leaving happy and will be returning. Millie on the desk was welcoming and did have an upbeat choice of waiting rooms tunes.... Show more »

I sent a form in to Church Lane Dental at 10:30pm last night (17/08/2025), about my tooth and how it had split in half and had exposed nerves and the gum. By 10:45pm they rang me and asked if I was able to come that evening, however as I live 45 minutes away we decided due to the travel and it being night time, I would be best coming during the day. I sent a form in to Church Lane Dental at 10:30pm last night (17/08/2025), about my tooth and how it had split in half and had exposed nerves and the gum.
By 10:45pm they rang me and asked if I was able to come that evening, however as I live 45 minutes away we decided due to the travel and it being night time, I would be best coming during the day.
They booked me an appointment for 10am the next day (18/08/2025).
I attended my appointment and from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, the staff were kind, accommodating and polite.
I have severe health anxiety and attending medical appointments isn’t always the easiest for me, however the team at Church Lane were fantastic and I walked away with my tooth sorted within 24 hours of me sending the form in!

Could not recommend more and they will now be my permanent dentist, regardless of the 45 minute travel. Show less »

Can not thank this dental practice enough for getting me in with an emergency appointment today. Looked online for appointments around 9:00am and was being seen too just after 12:00pm.
