I had a very disappointing experience at Chichester Beauty Aesthetics and would not return.

From the outset, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, largely due to the attitude of Michael, the owner, who came across as disinterested and dismissive. I initially attended a consultation and subsequently booked a laser treatment that required at least four days of downtime, as it involves significant facial burning and peeling. When I arrived for the appointment, I was informed it had been cancelled due to a family emergency. While I understand that emergencies happen, I had taken leave from work specifically for this treatment, which was completely wasted.

I rebooked, again using annual leave for recovery time. The treatment itself was expensive, and despite the inconvenience caused, no meaningful goodwill gesture or discount was offered. The apology I received felt perfunctory at best. During the laser session, the experience was quite unpleasant, and simple measures such as offering ice packs, which could have significantly improved comfort, were not provided.

Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. I later booked a facial, only to arrive and be told that the aesthetician had another family emergency and could not attend. On this occasion, I was offered a £10 discount, which felt inadequate given the repeated disruption and lack of consideration for my time.

After these experiences, I chose not to return. The overall pattern left me feeling undervalued and, frankly, treated differently, which I found upsetting. Absolutely fantastic experience at Chichester Beauty Aesthetics!
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The clinic is modern, clean, and beautifully presented. Tanisha was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I had lip filler, Botox and Polynucleotides and the results were subtle yet effective, exactly what I was hoping for. I really appreciated the aftercare advice and follow-up. My initial course of treatment proved problematic. Four days before embarking on an extended holiday, I underwent Botox injections in three areas: two on my forehead and one to address the laughter lines around my eyes. While the first two areas were treated without incident, the third, aimed at the laughter lines, inadvertently punctured a vein. As a result, I developed a black eye, which persisted for over two weeks. The bruise took nearly five weeks to fully fade. During my holiday, friends inquired about the discoloration when they saw the photos, and I became extremely self-conscious about it, particularly during the early stages of my trip.
