Terrible Customer Service – Won’t Be Returning

I have been a loyal customer of Charlie Beauty Salon for many years, always punctual and reliable with my appointments. However, my recent experience was beyond disappointing.

After my previous appointment was canceled last minute due to illness (which I completely understood), I was rescheduled at a time that suited the salon but was inconvenient for me. Still, I accommodated it.

On the day of my appointment, I got caught in heavy traffic and arrived 10–12 minutes late. Instead of understanding the situation, the salon owner had already given my slot away to another customer, assuming I wouldn’t show up—without even bothering to call me first. When I tried to explain, both the owner and her cousin were extremely rude and dismissive, shockingly accusing me of being rude instead.

This kind of treatment towards a long-time, loyal customer is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, despite having done so in the past. I certainly won’t be going back. Show less »

I had botox the staff are very friendly and made me feel at home.
I went back for PDO threads to my neck.
Charlie made me feel comfortable, even gave me a stress ball.
She made the process painless and quick.
Very happy
Going to return for more threads to neck.

Kirsti gave me a back neck and shoulder massage and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The pressure was just right and I felt loosened up after. Thanks again Kirsti. Also she is extremely friendly yet professional and I enjoyed talking with her. Will definitely book again with Kirsti ❤️

Had the most amazing facial. I've never had that one before but my skin feels amazing. Lisa is lovely, professional and perfectionist. Absolutely brilliant feel really pampered. Also had eyelash lift and tint well definitely be having more treatments. Thank you for being amazing xx

This is the best place to go. Fair prices, amazing results and professional staff. Staff are also friendly so you’ll always feel comfortable there. Charli will listen to what you want and advise appropriately. You’ll never leave there disappointed with your results, whatever you to in for ☺️ I’ve added a before and after of my Botox around my eyes. Amazing!
