I needed a new dentist as mine retired and I wasn’t happy with the people who took over his clinic. I couldn’t get anywhere in Clitheroe but then found the Charisma clinic and have been more than happy to travel as the service is excellent.

I’ve seen Abdullah who has checked, cleaned and repaired my teeth over a number of appointments. He follows the same principles of my old dentist to repair and maintain. I’ve had 3 fillings (2 with no anaesthetic and only bit him once - oops), and airflow. The staff are lovely, so friendly and Abdullah is really gentle (despite nearly losing a finger) and has a really lovely way with his patients.

My wife and I joined the new Brierfield practice a couple of years ago and have been so impressed with the care and attention we've received and the warm welcome that awaits us at every visit. Dr. Talal is such a lovely, gentle person and is so skilled and very professional in his approach. He listens carefully to our needs, always presenting differing treatment options. His sense of humour is lovely, which puts you at ease and helps dispel any nervous feelings. Recently my wife had a problem with a crown and Talal went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The dental nurses and hygienist are always professional and are also great at putting you at your ease. Particular mention goes to Andrea, who always makes you feel so welcome the moment you walk through the door. We both wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone who is seeking a new dentist. Such a lovely dentist with wonderful staff. Saw Abdullah today, such a kind man who listens and really takes time with you. I was a very nervous patient, but not anymore. All the staff and dentists really put you at ease and give you confidence. Highly recommend this practice

Excellent service as always from the team. The reception and admin staff dealt with my call and query about a damaged filling and answered all my questions and booked me in quickly. I had a lovely service when I arrived and felt at ease. Had an initial review with Mike and Caroline who sorted out an extraction quickly and booked me in for a filling the week after. Fantastic service all round with a smile that puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable and I have got to say great value too. Highly recommend the service to anyone thanks ! Show less »
