I am so glad I visited the Changes Clinic today for an upper abdominal ultrasound. I was a nervous wreck as I have a bit of a phobia of scans & Andrea was just brilliant with me. So reassuring, she went above & beyond with careful detailed descriptions, even went over some areas twice just for extra reassurance. I left smiling with a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I have already recommended to a friend & highly recommend to anyone experiencing symptoms they’d like some extra peace of mind for. Was also really easy to book & communication excellent throughout. I’ve been attending changes for facial hair removal for about 6 months now and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best and easiest experiences for me. Sumaiyah has been amazing through every step. From consultation to our current progress. She shows great professionalism, compassion, consideration -especially when I’m having a bad pain tolerance day- and is very meticulous in which the results are to show for it. Every appointment I get a little nervous and Sumaiyah has always put my nerves at ease and worked at a pace that suits me and my needs. I have been coming to Changes for a number of years, you are always made to feel very welcome. They will also advise you on treatments, and if they do not think a treatment will benefit you they will let you know. Would highly recommend Changes to anyone.

I had an amazing experience — very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She was super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly professional throughout. So pleased I had this scan with Andrea. Her knowledge and professionalism shone through and I left feeling totally reassured. I’m going to make an appointment for my daughter now and I’m working on persuading my husband to attend as well! I’m definitely going to make this a yearly appointment.

Staff are really friendly and the clinic itself is really clean and tidy.

I attended changes to have some moles removed. Cost me £995, seemed a lot especially for the 10 minutes it took.
Had to contact the clinic weeks later as the results were not fantastic, in fact two looked worse.
Clinic made me a new appointment to have a look, but cancelled me on the day , but re arranged for a couple weeks time.
When I got to the clinic, I was put in with the surgeon and not the lady that originally did my treatment.
I was then quoted a further £950 to re do my procedure.

Simply cannot afford to pay twice.

I went with this clinic as reviews were good and it was such a lovely looking clinic , but wishing now I had shopped around and maybe gone for a smaller independent clinic that may care more for customer satisfaction.

Lauren was very knowledgeable and talked me through every stage of my skintrinsiq treatment. I was made aware when the extraction of impurities began and when my skin was at the infusion stage. I felt very relaxed during my treatment and was made to feel very welcome by the clinic. A lovely treatment that left my skin feeling amazing!

Unfortunately not a great experience for my son who came in for ear suction wax removal. Failed to clear his ear and misdiagnosed an ear infection. He left with his ear still blocked. His ear was successfully cleared two days later by someone more skilled. Would not recommend for ear suction.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience here. After a consultation, I paid in full for my scar removal laser sessions. Unfortunately, they messed up my very first appointment, I was understanding at the time and even said ‘that’s okay, it happens’ and agreed to reschedule.

When I returned for my new appointment, things only got worse. I was called in by someone (not the consultant I booked with, Naomi) who started preparing me for a completely different treatment: laser hair removal, which I never booked. At that point, it became clear how careless and disorganised the clinic is. After messing up my appointments twice, they tried to book me again but I refused and requested a refund, which I am still waiting to receive.

What makes it worse is the lack of care or concern from their side. Every visit costs me nearly £40 in travel plus taking time off work, yet they treated my situation with complete indifference. Paying upfront seems to have made them careless about me as a client.

I was genuinely looking forward to this treatment, but instead, I was left feeling disappointed, ignored and uncared for. I will now have to look elsewhere to get this done, and I won’t be returning. I only hope they issue my refund promptly.

Potential clients should be aware of how poorly this clinic handles bookings and how little consideration they show towards their client’s time, money, and trust. Show less »

I was very modern the last time I visited! So I drove to Changes and refused to give my life story on their forms. I have half completed years ago. So, I was not allowed... Show more »

I had a wonderful consultation with naomi about having a skin peel. I was recommended to have blue peel radiance. We talked through everything and i felt very comfortable and relaxed. I have my first appointment tomorrow and I am very excited. I would definitely recommend, I can't wait to see the final results 😀

Please don’t believe anything you hear from them. When I booked my appointment I was quoted a different price for the consultation and procedure. When I arrived I was charged significantly more. When I spoke to them they tried to make up stories such as the deposit was £75 instead of £50, that the fee charged by a female doctor was different to the fee charged by a male doctor and made excuses. At no stage was it stated that the price of the procedure depended on who was doing it. I wouldn’t be surprised if I didn’t get my money back. They seem friendly until you pay. I had to contact them because they didn’t come back at the agreed time and still nothing as seems they not interested to resolve this issue. Nowadays everyone has got a mobile phone and this issue could be resolved in minutes. If the fee was what it was originally I would have gone ahead with the treatments I planned to do after my procedure. But now that I have been charged too much I don’t trust them to pay and recommend everyone keep their money.

I had a follow up appointment as I have the complications after the procedure. The clinic refused to provide what had been done and sent me to see GP. Constantly didn’t tell the truth, each of staff was saying different information.

BE AWARE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND NERVES. AFTER THE PROCEDURE I LEFT WITH PAIN AND DAMAGE ON MY SKIN. THE CLINIC DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. Show less »
