Once they have your money they don’t care.

I bought my third package with them in January 2025 with a trusted therapist who has now left.

I asked the clinic for a refund on my remaining sessions and they have still not refunded me.

I went into the clinic on 3 occasions and was met with unhelpful and rude staff saying I will get a call and I’m still waiting for a call.

I have sensitive skin and trusted the therapist that has now left and I don’t wish to “try” another therapist. I just want t refund. Show less »

I have just completed my third of three booked hydrafacials, July, August and September at the John Lewis Cheadle clinic. When initially booking these facials the therapist didn’t even look at my skin and I had only booked the Hydrafacials as I’d heard good things about them. I have just completed my third of three booked hydrafacials, July, August and September at the John Lewis Cheadle clinic.
When initially booking these facials the therapist didn’t even look at my skin and I had only booked the Hydrafacials as I’d heard good things about them. Not sure if these were good for my skin and results.
I attended my first appt not knowing what to expect. The therapist didn’t tell me what she was doing and what my skin needed.
I attended the second appt and the same again!!
The third and final was a completely different experience.
Lauren looked at my skin, asked questions and explained what she was doing. The final experience was delightful and I could see my skin looked better than then previous two appointments.
I didn’t book any future facials with Lauren due to the previous customer experience which was a shame. Show less »

Sammy's customer management skills are exemplary. She consistently demonstrates a friendly and approachable demeanor, actively listening to my concerns and needs. Her ability to provide tailored treatment packages without resorting to high-pressure sales tactics is commendable.
