Jess is the most conscientious & caring person, I have known Jess for several years from our time working in the same hospital. I’d seen how she conducted herself and how professional, but also kind & approachable, she always was. I had spoken to Jess a few times about Botox, she was always so informative but never ever pushy. In time I decided to book in for a consultation/treatment. I have been so incredibly happy with the approach Jess has taken. She was so good at explaining everything and working so considerately to get the desired result. The aftercare has been exemplary, with her seeing me again after treatment to “top-up” as necessary, to really ensure we get the best outcome.
