This morning I attended a Reformer Pilates Workshop in ‘The Attic’ at Bronleigh House.
Alongside a few others I received excellent instructions and demonstrations on how to correctly use the Reformer Pilates Carriage from Debbie who is very knowledgeable and was attentive throughout the workshop. On arriving I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable.

The workshop was very exciting and informative with emphasis on health and safety regarding the use of the brand new custom made reformers. The Pilates technique was clearly explained and well demonstrated. I also had the opportunity to try out some exercises on the reformer myself and was taught how to set it up and how to use it properly.

‘The Attic’ at Bronleigh House is a stunning Pilates studio fully equipped with 8 Pilates Reformers together with everything else required for the classes. A lovely intimate space for this practice.

The Workshop itself exceeded my expectations and I look forward to learning and practicing the reformer in the upcoming classes. Thank you so much Debbie for an exciting and interesting morning. Pilates Reformer is a game changer and definitely for me! I can highly recommend it! 😀 Show less »

Bromley house is a calming oasis, i attended both times for an Indian head massage with Kat, both times I enjoyed a really good coffee in the cafe first, and the food smelt incredible. Went to Hannah for a Brazilian lymphatic massage and it was incredible. I felt v relaxed and it was sooo good! I will be back for more. I also visit on a regular basis Christine for reflexology and she is fantastic. I also visit on a regular basis Christine for reflexology and she is fantastic. Can’t recommend both highly enough, plus the venue is so pretty and offers such a wonderful array of therapists and treatments and even has a little gift shop and cafe.
