I enquired about having a treatment done at this salon a few months ago, the lady was responsive and helpful so I decided to go ahead with the treatment. I had to then cancel this appointment due to being let down for childcare and she was really understanding about this and we were both happy for me to rebook when convenient.

I’ve contacted her within the last few days to see if I can book in again and she read my message, ignored me and blocked me for no reason at all.

I just think it’s totally unfair and uncalled for. Myself being an aesthetics practitioner and a mother, totally understand that life can get in the way, but no way would I block a client for cancelling an appointment (which I believe is the case because I can’t think of any other reason why I got blocked for enquiring about treatment again).
