Been registered with short house since I was 6 years old now 30. Since bradly shorthouse himself has retired, the practice is awful. Had a filling for 500 pounds and it broke, I asked for a metal filling to replace very clearly. Been registered with short house since I was 6 years old now 30. Since bradly shorthouse himself has retired, the practice is awful. Had a filling for 500 pounds and it broke, I asked for a metal filling to replace very clearly. This was not done and had broken again, the dentists in there now are there for repeat business and money. Not customer care, due to the pain and how little of my tooth they left me, it has been pulled by another practice and you’ve lost a loyal customer. Thankyou and goodbye Show less »

I have to say dentists aren't my strong point. However from the moment you enter the reception area you are treated very well. Tina and Gemma always have a chat and then when you go into the dentist shes an asset to the surgery . Have always used Bradley and Shorthouse dentists. And my children have used them too. Absolutely fantastic dental practice!
I’ve been with Bradley and Shorthouse Dental Clinic for many years now and every visit has been first-class. The whole team is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make you feel completely at ease. The quality of the work is outstanding — you can tell they really take pride in what they do. You have properly heard this story before I don't like dentists I get very frightened when I go to the dentist and I try to avoid going to the dentist at any cost however this is not the case when it comes to Bradley Shorthouse dental clinic when I first presented myself to the clinic I explained that I needed to be treated with Clint gloves I was told that my dentist would be really kind and lovely and would make me feel really comfortable and exactly that's what happened I can't recommend this dentist high enough I've now set up a plan where I go and have my hygiene check and dental check twice a year and I get a discount for any treatment I have this really encourages me to go to the dentist and also I get to have really great teeth thank you so much for treating me with such kindness and such respect and making my dentist visits very very positive Show less »

I went to see my dentist, Emma Franks, for a check-up and to discuss some ongoing jaw pain and headaches. She suggested I consider masseter Botox treatment. At first, the idea felt a bit daunting, but Emma explained everything clearly and made sure I felt fully informed. There was no pressure to go ahead, just genuine care and helpful advice.

I decided to go for the treatment and saw Michaela, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Three weeks later, I honestly feel like a new person. The jaw pain is gone, I’m sleeping so much better, and the headaches have completely stopped. My mom has now had the treatment too after seeing how well it worked for me.

The whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and truly life-changing care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Show less »

I finished my invisalign experience last year with Antonio. He was brilliant, kind and understanding of my nervousness at being in my 60's and going ahead with the invisalyn treatment. However there was nothing to be nervous of all was great, and I just wished I had done it sooner. I now love smiling for the camera and don't feel self conscious of my crooked... Show more »

I finished my invisalign experience last year with Antonio. He was brilliant, kind and understanding of my nervousness at being in my 60's and going ahead with the invisalyn treatment.
However there was nothing to be nervous of all was great, and I just wished I had done it sooner. I now love smiling for the camera and don't feel self conscious of my crooked tooth, it's now gone!
