I had a balayage and a cut yesterday with Nicola, it was a fantastic experience. She really listened to what I wanted, took great care, and made sure the colour was exactly right . I was very pleased with the cut too, and she checked I was completely happy before I left. Great experience - I will definitely go back.

I’ve had both highlights and a balayage at Bouyage Hair Salon, and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the results on both occasions. These were costly appointments, and the outcomes did not reflect what I had asked for.

After the second appointment, I contacted the salon owner privately several times in an attempt to discuss my concerns and give them the opportunity to address the issue. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response at the time.

I had been a regular customer of the beauty salon for over three years, which made this experience particularly disappointing.

The reason that I am sharing this review is to give an honest account of my experience so others can make an informed decision before booking. Show less »

My daughter has got her hair cut and styled by Nicola a couple of times now and we have been extremely impressed with the service received and the quality of the haircut and styling. Nicola is a fantastic hairdresser who gets the cut and style spot on.

Krishna does a fabulous job keeping my eyebrows tidy and shaped every month. She is also wonderful with nails! Nicola has given me amazing haircuts, balayage and toning. Both of these ladies are very detail oriented and are all around lovely. I trusted them with my wedding hair colour and cut, eyebrows and nails and was not disappointed!!

Shout out also to Lakshmi who does an amazing job with eyebrows, and to Molly who has given me some beautiful manicures!

I have been coming in regularly for the last couple of weeks to get my hair washed and it has been fantastic. I am disabled and cannot wash my hair on my own anymore so it has made such an improvement to my life to be able to have it washed weekly. the staff are angels too. but unfortunately I popped in today as I was in the area and saw that they moved the hair stuff downstairs! I am so glad I thought to pop in as now I will be unable to have my hair washed tomorrow. I am so disappointed and I know an elderly woman who is now asl unable to wash her hair that had been coming in regularly too. and the fact no one reached out to make me aware of the change before my appointment either is terrible.

So so happy!! Sophie is a miracle worker, she listened exactly to what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I asked for a high, cold blonde balayage with face framing that would look natural growing out and less maintenance than highlights, curtain bangs and light layers. Just had the most beautiful French manicure by Krishna at Bouyage, and I’m absolutely loving it! The delicate rose nail art on the ring finger of each hand is truly stunning and adds such a special touch, perfect for my overseas holiday. I feel so pampered and ready! Krishna is incredibly skilled. She even fixed a broken nail I’d damaged (not a polish issue, just too much pressure) and made it look flawless. I highly recommend Bouyage for nails, especially their BIAB polish – it really lasts and keeps your nails looking fabulous for weeks.

I had a balayage done today by Nicola and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The colour and blend is exactly what I wanted and what we discussed at the beginning of the appointment. Nicola made the experience very enjoyable and gave me advice on how to maintain my hair in the future. I would highly recommend her to anyone- such a lovely hairdressers!

My hair is ruined😢 I came in with hair that I was honestly quite happy with - I just wanted a refresh of my already existing layers. Early in the appointment, the stylist commented that my previous haircut from another salon had been done badly, which surprised me as I’d never had an issue with it.

Unfortunately, the outcome of this visit left me really disappointed. Instead of subtle layers, my hair now has two very distinct lengths - one section is extremely short and uneven, while the other is much longer. It doesn’t feel blended at all, and it’s not what I asked for. It looks noticeably choppy, and I’ve lost a lot of length unnecessarily. Show less »
