Avoid at All Costs – Horrible Experience with Eyelash Lift and Tint
Unfortunately, after the treatment my eyelashes were not lifted, the tint was uneven and patchy, and the roots remained completely uncovered . It looked unfinished and unprofessional. Most importantly my eyes became itchy, watery and red. Concerned, I called Bodiology to report the issue and request a refund. To my shock, they refused, stating that because I didn’t complain the moment I left the salon, they wouldn’t take responsibility. I offered to come back in so they could see a poor eyelash job and damage themselves — they declined saying they are too busy.
When I calmly expressed that this isn’t how customers should be treated and that I would need to warn others, the staff member accused me of threatening her and abruptly ended the call.
This was the most frustrating and disappointing experience I’ve had with any beauty treatment. I urge others to be extremely cautious — both the treatment outcome and the customer care were appalling. Show less »

My second home at this point, I’ve had so many treatments here now and they have all been a great experience 🥰 all the girls are so lovely and welcoming. I felt comfortable immediately which is really important to me as a neurodivergent person, my anxiety was alleviated so fast and I love my chats with Darice. I recommend her to everyone, her massages are unmatched and have cured the repetitive strain in my shoulder, they also help my sciatica, it’s manageable now, where as before I was always in agony, I spend so much more of my life pain-free now 😂 she’s a miracle worker, full of knowledge about what she does and a genuinely beautiful person inside and out, I will always highly recommend her to everyone!
