The room was warm and inviting.
The bed and accommodations neat and comfortable- I loved the warm bed.
The massage was excellent pressure- strong where needed and more gentle on tender spots.
Vera was wonderful chatty but also appreciative of companionable silence for relaxation- wonderful service!
Only tricky bit was two flights of stairs and my dodgy hip!

Keri was very nice, friendly and good at her job, and I really enjoyed the full body massage by her. I found her very attentive and focused and the pressures were perfect. I also liked the premises - clean, well-organised and professional. I'd definitely like to return soon.

It was my first time at Bloomin’ Beautiful and I felt welcomed and accepted during my appointment by Keri. She was really friendly and incredible to have, she saw that my nails needed such care and attention due to not being at a nail salon for five months due to injury. She was understanding to my needs and kept checking if I was okay or needed anything. She was so funny and welcoming and it was like our seventh or eighth session together, she was so patient when I was picking my colours and when I struggled with the heat lamp. She did such an amazing job and I didn’t feel rushed like previous experiences. Thank you so much to Keri for being so supportive, helpful and patient! Probably one of the best massages I've had for a while! Zuzana made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, checked in on me throughout to make sure pressure was OK, the added touch of the scented oils and eye mask made the experience even more relaxing. Will definitely book in again!
