It was my first time at Bloomin’ Beautiful and I felt welcomed and accepted during my appointment by Keri. She was really friendly and incredible to have, she saw that my nails needed such care and attention due to not being at a nail salon for five months due to injury. She was understanding to my needs and kept checking if I was okay or needed anything. She was so funny and welcoming and it was like our seventh or eighth session together, she was so patient when I was picking my colours and when I struggled with the heat lamp. She did such an amazing job and I didn’t feel rushed like previous experiences. Thank you so much to Keri for being so supportive, helpful and patient!
