I had a voucher from mothers day last year, but was worried it might have expired and I'd lost out, and I was having an issue with using the voucher code on the app. Luckily, I called Bleu directly and spoke to a lovely lady (I think her name was Bobby? Had rouge massage package done today as a birthday present from my children. The lady who done the treatment was very good . The only thing which I was very disappointed about was that I couldn’t relax due to staff talking and laughing in waiting area which was very unprofessional.

Lovely massage - I had aromatherapy for 60 minutes, the staff were really friendly and I felt at ease. My mum had the hot stone massage and said it was one of the best she's had! Would definitely recommend and prices are really reasonable too :)

The whole process with BLEU Beauty & Wellness has been absolutely fantastic. The team is incredibly knowledgable and friendly from the front of house staff to the consultants. My mum received her treatment and received fantastic aftercare. She is so very happy with the overall experience and will definitely be returning in the future. We cannot recommend this place enough. They are extremely understanding, happy to listen to any and all concerns and focus not only fantastic results but also ensuring the client is comfortable at all stages. I booked in to have the Rouge package, which was a 1.5 hour treatment including - Facial, full body massage of my choice and a scalp massage. I chose the Aromatherapy massage and I can honestly say i almost fell asleep it was so peaceful. I left feeling relaxed with smooth glowing skin. Definitely booking in for my next appointment soon!

Had my first massage here today and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are all very polite and professional, and it's everything you could want. Highly recommended if you want a bit of pamper time.
