Rang the pharmacy after emailing and getting no answer. Advertising a perfume I wanted, was told the website not working and no they haven't got what I wanted anyway, how the guy I spoke to knew this as he didn't put me on hold to check . I had appt for ACWY for my son and myself which I was told to pre book online so they can insure vaccine was in stock so I did. On the morning of my appt I got a call from the incompetent and disorganised pharmacist saying she didn’t have enough vaccines in stock how is that my issue when the purpose of pre booked appt is you order your supplies in time henc... I had appt for ACWY for my son and myself which I was told to pre book online so they can insure vaccine was in stock so I did. On the morning of my appt I got a call from the incompetent and disorganised pharmacist saying she didn’t have enough vaccines in stock how is that my issue when the purpose of pre booked appt is you order your supplies in time hence pre booking… not only didn’t she have enough vaccines she said she couldn’t keep the appt for 5pm and that also has to be changed to 3pm! So what was the purpose of pre booking the appt clearly they couldn’t deliver the vaccines for both of us nor keep the appt time. If I could rate them zero I would don’t recommend this pharmacy for anything. Show less »
