I honestly can’t recommend Rachel highly enough. After a previous practitioner left me with an eyelid ptosis, I was extremely reluctant to ever have Botox again. Finding Rachel has completely changed that.

From my very first appointment, she took the time to understand what had happened before and genuinely listened to all my concerns. She has always taken a “slowly, slowly” approach with me, making sure I feel comfortable every step of the way and never rushing or pushing anything I’m not ready for. She consistently errs on the side of caution, which I really appreciate, especially knowing how anxious I am about a repeat of my previous experience.

Her professionalism, precision, and reassurance have helped rebuild my confidence, and I now feel safe in her hands. If you’re nervous, hesitant, or have had a negative experience elsewhere, Rachel is exactly the kind of practitioner you want—careful, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled. Show less »

First time using BIB and found Rachel very professional and experienced .
She was extremely knowledgeable about the treatments and talked me through the details . I am a nervous patient and was put at ease with Rachel .
I had Botox and and Profhilo and I am very pleased with the results

I first met Rachel and Diane as a sixty year old botox virgin. Recomended by my haridresser and friend of 30 years. They both made me feel welcome and at ease. I have had several treatments over a few years and my daughter also has treatment with them. I cannot express how professional these ladies are. I cannot express how professional these ladies are. Also can't express how much we laugh (sometimes cry) together.

I attended my botox checkup last week and all, as usual was well.

I wanted to book for another treatment only to be told I wasn't due for another few months.

Not only did Rachel refuse to do the treatment but she explained in layman terms why it would be a detrament to me to have it!

How many of these so called "expert" competitors would act with such integrity?

Only sad 5 stars is all I can give as they both deserve more!!! Show less »

Very happy with Bib aka Rachel. Rachel was recommended to me some years ago and I was very happy with the tweaks I had. Then due to circumstances, mainly the travel. I used a couple of different more local technicians to my dismay... not a patch on Rachel. Very informative, won't do procedures if she doesn't think it will give good results, highly profession... Been going to Rachel for about 6-7 years now. She is amazing. Both her and Diane are so friendly. My appointments are never rushed. The most natural results. Rachel is so attentive, lovely and honest!

I can’t recommend Rachel highly enough,I’ve been seeing Rachel for around 10 years now and her services are a 10/10 for me. If you don’t need treatments she will say so as she cares about her clients over money which was and still is a big thing for me

Oh and that woman on reception is alright too

Rachel is very knowledgeable, explains everything well. Doesn't rush u in and out which was very beneficial to me being terrified of needles, I need the numbing cream on for a long ti... Show more »
