I had such a brilliant HydraFacial with Louise. She explained everything really clearly but also knew when to just let me relax and enjoy the treatment, which I loved! I’ve been going to Medispa in Edinburgh for a number of years and I have always had a first class service from staff. My latest involved hydrafacials with Louise who is just great. My skin always feels smooth and shiny after the treatment and I love the chat. The sessions always finish too soon. I’m also having hair removal with Joanne and she is brilliant too. Electrolysis can be slightly painful but I never notice it as Joanne is great at distracting attention from what she is doing. Both are skilled and talented staff who are great at their job.
