I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience at Bespoke Skin Clinic. I went in for laser hair removal on my face with the hope of reducing facial hair and boosting my confidence. After six sessions, not only did I see minimal improvement, but things actually got significantly worse.

From the beginning, the staff seemed far more focused on taking my money than actually understanding my skin type or tailoring the treatment properly. It felt like they were just rushing me through the process without any real expertise or proper assessment. Their eagerness to sell packages gave me false confidence in their abilities, but it’s now clear they had no idea what they were doing.I’m now dealing with more facial hair than ever before — a full beard, which I never had before starting treatments. I’ve been left feeling incredibly insecure and frustrated. Instead of helping me feel better about myself, this clinic has made me feel far worse.

What’s even more disappointing is the dismissive attitude when I raised my concerns. There was no accountability, no proper explanation, and no offer of a solution. For a place that markets itself as a “professional skin clinic,” the results and service were shockingly poor.

I would urge anyone considering treatment here to think twice. I regret ever walking through their doors. Show less »
