Unfortunately I had quite a bad experience here. I had two Botox treatments (three areas + 1 follow up appointment). The Botox did not take effect the first time so I went back, only for it to not take effect after the second appointment either. I was offered a free treatment in future by Rachael and the opportunity to come in for a top up. I sent two emails in response to this, both were ignored. I sent another emailing advising that I was really disappointed at the lack of response and advised I had spent a lot of money on a treatment that had been ineffective. I also asked if she would still be offering a complimentary treatment. Rachael responded and falsely stated my Botox had worked the first time and that the lines I have now are a result of the Botox naturally wearing off. She advised she would honour her offer of a complimentary treatment for my next session. When I asked for clarification that this would be three areas of Botox to rectify the issue, she ignored this question and instead suggested I should probably return to my previous injector for future Botox - which just felt unnecessarily rude. Just a really poor experience. I want to make people aware of this. Before you spend a lot of money in here on a procedure, be aware that in my experience it may not be effective and you may be met with a response like the one I received. Show less »

Rachel is lovely after going for a consultation she advised me on the best treatment to have she makes you feel so relaxed and lovely to talk to I will definitely be continuing my treatments with her and would highly recommend her

Myself, my mum and my big sister all come for treatments here. My sister made the mistake of going elsewhere just after covid and instantly regretted it - the results weee nowhere near as satisfactory as Rachael at bespoke.

We’ve heard she’s opening up a new clinic closest to our home which is amazing news!

We can’t wait.

I’ve been going to Rachael a couple of times for treatments and I genuinely wouldn’t go elsewhere now. The moment I first walked in, I felt so at ease and comfortable. She is so knowledgeable and professional and my treatments weren’t sore at all. I also feel so good when I leave. Thank you Racheal ❤️
