Emma is amazing. She is so clued up on safety, hygiene, policy and regulations and is extremely professional whilst being kind, patient and easy to talk to. She talks you through your options to ensure you get the best results for you, even when they are cheaper or prevents you from getting treatments you never needed at all. She really has the attitude of “customer first” as she genuinely seems to care about her clients- remembering your preferences and little things you’ve shared which make the whole experience feel like you’re being treated by a friend.
