My procedure has had to be postponed twice. The clinic couldn't apologises enough, they explained. The regulator provider has to by law comply with rules and regulations their license to operate and patient safety comes first. My procedure has had to be postponed twice. The clinic couldn't apologises enough, they explained. Disgraceful If you are thinking of using the belvedere clinic / new you lifestyle then please DONT. I paid upfront (a total of £6800) and am now fighting to get my money back. My surgery was cancelled twice - the 2nd time was 2 days prior to surgery when I was calling to ask for an admission pack. The reason for cancellation differ depending on who you speak... If you are thinking of using the belvedere clinic / new you lifestyle then please DONT. I paid upfront (a total of £6800) and am now fighting to get my money back. My surgery was cancelled twice - the 2nd time was 2 days prior to surgery when I was calling to ask for an admission pack. The reason for cancellation differ depending on who you speak with - was it because the lift wasn't working or that the surgeon was given news of a terminally ill family member - I don't know. My calls were screened and ignored but when I called off another number the call was answered straight away. Please don't put yourself through the disappointment of using this company Show less »

When I first went to the clinic for a consultation I was made to feel extremely comfortable the surgeon Mohammad was brilliant made me feel very comfortable explained everything to me very experienced trustworthy surgeon great guy .

I can’t express enough how happy I am with my surgery it’s been the best decision Mohammad the surgeon has done an exceptional job.

Jade who has been brilliant she has supported me every single step of the way through my journey giving me confidence.She is very professional and reliable answering everything question and phone call .

I am very touched by her kindness and attentiveness she has given to me very kind lady a gain to anybody she comes in contact with.

All nurses at the clinic were wonderful I felt I was their top priority to make sure I was comfortable and safe ,they cared for me to the highest standard.

The owners have been amazing they even personally came to visit me while I was in recovery to make sure I was ok brilliant people great customer care being concerned and treating you as an individual.

What a great company I would recommend to anyone wanting a procedure to go to the Belvedere clinic you will 100 percent be so pleased it will be life changing it has been for me !!!!!! Show less »

If you are thinking about getting surgery. Please be cautious. A number of woman have paid upfront and then had their surgery repeatedly cancelled and then blocked. The company has then been dissolved and start up again. Check on companies house - social media- trust pilot. Do an address search using Google maps. Get as much information as u can. U can alway... U can always ring them back that day.
Talk it over with someone.
A tactic they also use is that u will get a substantial discount if u pay there and then on the phone. It is just to get your money. If they can offer u a better discount on the phone. Why not offer the £1,000's off in the 1st place.
Buy or pay the cheapest BUY TWICE.
