Hmm, my experience was mixed and I have to be honest, I'm not delighted - 3 stara is a fair review. This is my first visit to this clinic.

I had a 2pm appointment and was rushed through to a room to start completing forms, then moved to another room for numbing cream to be applied. I was told it needs about 5 minutes. I was left sitting in a room alone for over 30 minutes, with no update on what was happening. Eventually the receptionist (??) came in and took me through to the treatment room. This was the first time I met the doctor. He went through some basics which was all fine and then started preparing. After waiting for 40 minutes I felt like everything should have been set up already.

The procedure itself (pdo thread lift) was absolutely fine and I'm pleased with the pain relief. Dr Baba is quite rough in his handling on my face and it didn't feel like there was a lot of care but if it is effective then I understand the need.

Once it was done, I was moved back to the supposed numbing room to apply ice packs to prevent bruising. I was once again abandoned for 20 minutes+ before I received any kind of update on what was happening and when the receptionist came back in, there was no ice pack but she was brandishing a card machine for payment.

95 minutes into the appointment, I have spent all of about 20 minutes being actually seen by someone.

It seems to be they are overbooked or understaffed. The building is old and very open so you can hear conversations from other treatment rooms. I have not been offered a refreshment.

Overall, the treatment is potentially worth it but the experience itself is poor. If you are looking to feel pampered or luxurious this is not the place to come.

I’ve had a couple of treatments here now, and I have to say this clinic is a 10/10! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the clinic itself is spotless. As well as administering my treatments, Dr Baba has really helped build my confidence with his skilful work. One of the worst clinic experiences I've ever had. Dr. Baba was rude, unprofessional, and crossed multiple boundaries. His technique was poor, and the treatment itself was disappointing. He kept assuming and asking about my ethnicity—completely irrelevant and inappropriate for a facial treatment. His colleague at the time also made me feel extremely uncomfor... Show more »

What an incredible clinic with amazing staff who are welcoming, professional and friendly. I have recently had a course of treatments and every time I was there I was happy with the clinic and their amazing service. The clinic itself is spotless and all the hygiene is good and followed thoroughly by staff and the doctor. I will be back for my maintenance treatment in few months.
