I have never seen such an amateur and unprofessional business approach in my life.

I made an appointment a few days ago. Neither on your website, nor on social media, nor during the appointment did I see any mention of "having your old nails removed elsewhere." Not a single line. Despite this, when I arrived at the shop at my appointment time today, I was turned away at the door by your employee who said, "Have them removed elsewhere first." And shamelessly, they said that removing your artificial nails would take too long and they didn't have time for that.

This is pure organizational incompetence.

Giving a customer incomplete information and then inventing new rules when that person has already taken the time to come to your shop is not professionalism; it's sheer incompetence. People have time, schedules, and effort. No one is obligated to compensate for your lack of planning.

If this is your procedure, you must clearly state it. If you don't, either you don't know the process or you don't care about customer experience. Both possibilities are shameful for a business.

I am writing this review specifically as a warning: Ask about every detail multiple times before going. Otherwise, you might be turned away at the door even if you have an appointment. Because here, having an appointment doesn't guarantee you'll receive service. Show less »

I had the best experience with Rosie.
She was so professional, so lovely and so kind.
I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked in her gorgeous cosy treatment room.
My procedure was painless and so pleasant.

I look forward to my next appointment and to many many more.

The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and Olivia was so warm and friendly, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout. Another wonderful treatment, thank you SO much! Such a lovely, peaceful and tranquil environment. I just couldn’t have been made to feel any more relaxed during my neck, back and shoulder massage. Olivia certainly knows her stuff and how to ensure the massage was exactly how I wanted it. My appointment was after a lady who had had the same treatment as I was about to have, and as we passed in the (lovely) waiting area, she said it was the best neck, back and shoulder massage she’s ever had! I quite agree!! 👍
Booked in already for my next treatment - a full body hot stone massage 🧘‍♀️

Had a great experience with Olivia today. Was feeling a little nervous before treatment. Olivia made me feel at ease and talked me through everything. Skin feels amazing with more results to come over the following weeks hopefully.

Incredible once again and so accommodating with timings and services. Friendliest girls and always make you feel so welcome. Never disappointed, best place to get anything done. Had face and lip fillers as well as permanent eyebrow make-up done with you and I’m always so pleased and get lots of compliments after. 10/10! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Hollie and all the staff we met today were incredibly friendly. The whole salon was clean and tidy and very welcoming. I had bespoke ombré eyebrows done and I couldn’t be happier! So glad I don’t have to pencil them in each morning now. Thanks Hollie!
