I’m writing this to correct several false claims made in Cleopatra’s response and to explain why I’ve had no other option but to leave these reviews. Firstly, at no point was I invited back to the clinic for a face-to-face assessment. I’m writing this to correct several false claims made in Cleopatra’s response and to explain why I’ve had no other option but to leave these reviews.

Firstly, at no point was I invited back to the clinic for a face-to-face assessment. The only message I received was vague and generic, with no actual date, time, or effort to resolve the issue properly. The lump in my lower lip was not “very small” — it caused visible discomfort, which I communicated early on(from the first day)
Cleopatra mentioned she could dissolve it — but also clearly said she would not redo it, which defeats the point of proper aftercare and client satisfaction.

Secondly, in regard to the painful lump that developed in my chin, I did reach out again — including a message sent yesterday, which was ignored. She continues to post despite not replying to a medical concern caused by her treatment.

She also failed to provide her insurance details, even though I asked directly and she told me to wait — and then never followed up. That’s something any responsible practitioner should be fully transparent about, especially when complications arise.

Additionally, I want to clearly state:
• I never mentioned going on a date after my treatment
• I do not drink alcohol at all
• I even avoided smoking for 2 full days, as advised
This makes the tone of her response feel accusatory, deflective, and irrelevant to the actual issues.

To be clear: I would have much preferred to resolve this professionally and privately, but that opportunity was never genuinely offered. The only reason I’ve had to resort to public reviews is because my messages are being ignored, and this seems to be the only way to get a response.

If Cleopatra is willing to get in touch, take accountability, and help resolve this properly, I would be more than happy to remove these reviews.

I genuinely hope no one else has to go through this kind of experience, where they are left feeling dismissed, unsupported, and silenced after placing their trust in someone with their face and health Show less »
