I have been using this salon in Derby for years. It is first class, the ladies are so friendly, treatments fantastic and a availability of appointments super.
The waxing is excellent- today Aman was great therapist and really sweet to talk to. Thank you Beauty Box 🥰🤩💯

This is not the first time I’ve booked in for a back:full body massage, but I would highly recommend Anu. I had a back massage today and it was fabulous, after having a bit of an injury with my shoulder/back and neck Anu definetly eased the pain I was having. Anu was very tentative and made sure I was comfortable at throughout the treatment. Will definitely... Show more »

I had a massage done today from a very nice lady called Kiran. Tue customer service is excellent as usual from all the staff. The massage was brilliant and very relaxing. She applied pressure where it was needed. A calm, dark and relaxing ambience was created and the room was warm which really helped me relax and unwind. I would totally recommend and looking... I have been coming to Beauty Box since it opened all those years ago. I have had most beauty treatments and they are wonderful, especially the facials and head and body massages. The ladies are professional and do an amazing job. I would always recommend.

I had a blow dry here that was done for my birthday, i had to wait about 10-15 mins before i was seen which was absolutely fine. I had my hair washed and conditioned which was also fine, however when it came to blow dry and style i was not happy. he had not used any products in my hair ( no heat protection or anything)!! After he then “ dried” my hair which was still wet as i have extensions he proceeded to curl my hair. these curls dropped out instantly as my hair was still damp and i had to pay £35 for this service. I do not recommend coming here if you have anything nice planned and want your hair doing. Amazing Service!
I had a full body scrub and facial on the Monday offers, and honestly — it was worth every penny! The place is fresh, spotless, and the staff are super polite and genuinely caring. You even get a hot drink and a snack, which is such a nice touch. Oh, and the showers? Top tier! 👏🏽 Definitely recommend.

I had a massage and facial done by Sonia. I was pleasantly surprised by her knowledge in skincare and she gave me such good recommendations for products to match my skin type. She kept me at ease throughout the treatment and we had a lovely conversation. I highly recommend her.

Such a clean, welcoming place with a relaxing vibe. The staff are professional and attentive, and everything feels very hygienic. I’ve been coming here for a while now and always leave happy with the results. Anu is great and always listens to every concern and feedback. I always come to this Beauty Box, all the way from Hilton. They're very professional, clean, quick service. Lovely staff, Anu has been so lovely I always ask for her for any services, she's made me feel so comfortable during all my appointments. They always have good deals and packages even with such amazing prices. I highly recommend.
