I booked in for my eyebrows to be topped up with Beautopia.

Paid the deposit (£28).
Had the email and text message confirming my appointment on the 6Th April 2024 at 09:30am.
I booked this appointment back on January 30th.

I had a reminder about it yesterday via text & email.

This morning I turned up to my appointment, to which I drove 18.5 miles there.. no one was there. I rang and messaged- no answer-nothing.

Waited until 10am, just encase they were running late or something. Left just after 10am. Still nothing.
I still haven’t had an answer to my phone calls or messages. She’s been online a number of times, so I’m assuming my messages ect are being ignored.

So I’ve driven 36 miles, wasted 2 hours this morning for an appointment that wasn’t fulfilled and to be ignored.

Not looking for a sympathy vote but it’s the last thing my mum paid for, for me to be treated to, so it meant more than my eyebrows.

I understand people have emergencies ect, but to just ignore me, be online and not respond especially for a business is completely unprofessional.

I’m not out to tarnish or reflect a negative imagine on this companies name, but I am extremely annoyed. Show less »
