I'm a woman in my 60's and was so nervous to have my eyebrows done but Sarah put me at ease and explained everything step by step. I enjoyed the experience and even got my eyelashes done. Sarah is attentive and a true professional. Christine Hood.

I had a really positive experience. From the start I felt listened to and understood, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. Everything was explained clearly and with care. Overall, the whole process felt supportive and professional.

Delighted with the improvement in how my face looks now, such an improvement from before. Used to have to wear make up everyday to cover redness but don't need to now. Denise did 3 IPL treatments, followed by 2 Illumifacial treatments, mainly for the redness but the treatments really improved the pigmentation I had (freckles!). My skin is so much more even now. So glad I went to Beautiful U as Denise really knows her stuff and put me at my ease. Every step of the way she would tell me what she was doing so none of the zaps of laser took me by surprise. The pre-treatment and post-treatment advice was superb as was the care taken by Denise during the treatment. I am shortly going to go back to Denise for a different treatment, polynucleotides, to improve the area around my eyes. Can highly recommend Denise's salon for expert knowledge of the treatments and her lovely customer care. Show less »

I had a very good experience at this beauty salon. The place is clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. I had a facial and eyebrow shaping, and I loved the results. They explained everything and made me feel relaxed. I will come back again and recommend this place to my friends.

Have been going to Sarah for skin peels and micro needling following my skin analysis. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She explains the products she is using and why. The salon is lovely and very clean. Would highly recommend.

I had my brows micro-bladed and colour touched up by Denise on Saturday. My first time using Beautiful U and my experience there means I will definitely be using them again. Denise took the time to explain what she needed to do and why and I was comfortable with what she needed to do. On the day she went through everything again, I got shown what shape would be and she made sure I was happy. Procedure was not painful and the aftercare was explained in detail and an aftercare pack received. I’m super happy with the results! Totally recommend! Show less »
