DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible service. Staff that don't listen to what you want and can only seem to do one type of eyebrow - square 'as it's the fashion' . Well did not want square, thick eyebrows but natural looking but the lady could not do them and got the hump when we explained. Went in November and it was freezing in the shop, no heating and basically... Show more »

Well did not want square, thick eyebrows but natural looking but the lady could not do them and got the hump when we explained. Went in November and it was freezing in the shop, no heating and basically told 'well it is November'. No care, hygiene was filthy in there so will NOT be going back. The staff are rude, they promise things they cannot fulfill and do a rubbish job that they cannot admit to. They just get defensive and blame everything else. They should give refunds or in some of these cases I would not pay as there is no service, complete amateurs. Show less »
