Had the worst experience in this place with Anee who did my eyelash lift and tint.

First off she was rushing with her work which ended up not positioning the silicon pod to keep the lashes glued on properly and spilling most of the lifting and setting solutions in my eyelid and eyebag area. She was so rough and rude. I informed her it is stinging on the right eye and under eye and she just quickly wiped it off with a very dry tissue and left the room to tend to her other customers. My right eyelid and eyebag area was stinging so much at this point but I could not get anyone to come to me in the room. When she came back, after what felt like a very long time, I told her it stings a lot and feels swollen and as soon as she took the cling film off from the right eye, I can hear her swear and she knew she did a big mistake. She tried to hide it from me, she gave me an ice and asked me to hold it in my eye, and then she left the room again. She went back to check on me for a few seconds but as soon as I say something she would leave the room immediately to tend to others. I finally got so fed up and raised my voice on her and asked her to sort my eyes out. I asked for a mirror and saw the terrible state of my eyes. Annie kept on blaming it on me saying it's because I kept on moving my right eye and that's what caused the solutions to get in my eye. I informed her it is not inside my eye, it's on the eyelids and surrounding skin being left too long because she had atleast 3 other customers in the other rooms apart from me. And that if she just listened to me and paid attention the first time, this would not have happened.
No apologies, no reassurance. I left as soon as I made it very clear she did a very stupid and careless job ruining my eyes. Show less »

One of the most MUM FRIENDLY salons I have ever been to. I went in recently for waxing and a facial (with a baby alongside me) they honestly made the entire process so easy for me. The kind therapists were keeping my baby entertained next to me whilst I was having my treatment, which was such a relief and instantly put me at ease. This allowed me to go ahead... Show more »

One of the most MUM FRIENDLY salons I have ever been to. I went in recently for waxing and a facial (with a baby alongside me) they honestly made the entire process so easy for me. The kind therapists were keeping my baby entertained next to me whilst I was having my treatment, which was such a relief and instantly put me at ease. This allowed me to go ahead with the treatment in full, which I was initially going to cancel due to lack of childcare. I had to post a review to let all of the other parents know if you need a treatment or some you time, please don’t hold back, this salon will welcome you and your children with open arms. I’ve been coming here for my eyebrow threading for a while now and I’m always so impressed! They shape my brows perfectly every time!! What makes it even better is the little temple massage they give afterwards, which is soo relaxing and such a thoughtful touch. DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible service. Staff that don't listen to what you want and can only seem to do one type of eyebrow - square 'as it's the fashion' . Well did not want square, thick eyebrows but natural looking but the lady could not do them and got the hump when we explained. Went in November and it was freezing in the shop, no heating and basically... Show more »

Well did not want square, thick eyebrows but natural looking but the lady could not do them and got the hump when we explained. Went in November and it was freezing in the shop, no heating and basically told 'well it is November'. No care, hygiene was filthy in there so will NOT be going back. The staff are rude, they promise things they cannot fulfill and do a rubbish job that they cannot admit to. They just get defensive and blame everything else. They should give refunds or in some of these cases I would not pay as there is no service, complete amateurs. Show less »
