They called me saying if I could come in 15 mins later, then I was sat waiting for 10 mins still. It was difficult to find because it’s upstairs in a salon. Tried to show her photos of what I wanted and explain, seemed quite dismissive, didn’t take her time looking at the photos or listening to me. Wasn’t that nice or polite. Lashes don’t look that good either, some of them stuck to my skin instead of my lashes! And they don’t look like the photos either, badly placed and hanging in weird directions. She kept asking me to leave a positive google review after, so that probably partly explains why there’s so many positive reviews..! No music or anything so you’re just laying there in awkward silence. Wouldn’t recommend. Eyelash bar on North St is better in my experience despite not as good reviews! £65 for these lashes is a crime lol

I know Farri from social media and decided for the first time to have some facial treatments. I was a bit nervous and hesitant to start with but Farri put me at ease with her professional manner and explained everything in detail. The treatments I had were Botox to the forehead, microneedling to face and skin booster under eyes. The treatments were administered so professionally that I did not feel the pain and only after a couple of hours my face was glowing. I had my microneedling skin booster treatment and lip filler done today, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From the moment I walked in, she was so warm, welcoming, and professional — she really took the time to explain everything and put me completely at ease.
The microneedling felt comfortable, and my skin already looks fresh and glowing, as it is my third time with her. As for my lips — I was a little nervous because it was my first time, but they’re beautifully shaped, natural-looking, and exactly what I hoped for. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with care.
