A so-called 'well-being' company who clearly don't care about their customers! Two months ago, I placed an order for supplements, but I have not received the item! A so-called 'well-being' company who clearly don't care about their customers! Two months ago, I placed an order for supplements, but I have not received the item! Beaumed have my money of £44.79 but I HAVE NO SUPPLEMENTS! They have shown lack of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers, which is utterly appalling. STAY WELL-AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY WHO ARE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PROMISED SERVICE/ITEMS.

I have spent countless hours emailing them and getting in touch with the delivery company - Royal Mail - who have advised, that despite the door number missing from the address (I accidentally missed out my door number when placing an order), the item was never scanned nor delivery attempted; so therefore, it is a missing item and that Beaumed CAN CLAIM THE ITEM AND VALUE OF THE ITEM.

Beaumed are not interested in resolving the issue and HAPPY TO KEEP MY MONEY despite Royal Mail reassuring me that I should receive the money back. Beaumed refuse to cooperate and even refuse to provide me proof of postage, which I could use to claim the item.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. UNRELIABLE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. POOR ETHICS. CARELESS. POOR ATTITUDE Show less »

I completed Plasma Treatment training last week. I researched many courses before booking, most of which were linked to one product and appeared sales driven. I booked with Beaumed to enable me to recieve independent content which focused on the treatment and evidence base surrounding it. The course content is excellent and I feel fully prepared to commence treatments. Shelly also has lots of advice & guidance on products. Shelly is so experienced, engaging and passionate about what she does and has a really refreshing viewpoint. 🙌
Shelly's research had a profound effect on me re some health concerns I was experiencing and considering a parasitic problem. I'm on day 4 using a wormwood/black walnut & garlic complex and the change has been amazing 👏 the issues are resolved and I feel so much more energised. My husband and I felt Shelly & Ian were so inspirational and our next goal is to switch to organic produce 😀 I really just wanted to send a genuine thank you for all of your advice and support. I attended plasma skin tightening training with Shelley, and it was great. She is so knowledgeable and supportive. I’d love to spend an hour in her head! Very interesting course and Shelley makes it even more useful by sharing lots of info on the natural products she uses (and gives) to her clients and tons of info on how and why plasma works. I feel so much more confident in offering this treatment than I did after a previous plasma course. I wish I’d known about Beaumed before I wasted a lot of money on worthless training.
