I had a neutralisation with colour done by Aisha, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and clearly a perfectionist. From start to finish, she made sure I was comfortable, constantly checking how I was feeling and putting me at ease when I felt anxious at the beginning.

Aisha gave excellent before and aftercare advice and even provided the aftercare ointment herself. The attention to detail was amazing, and the end result is absolutely beautiful — the colour looks flawless.
