I went to this salon to train with the owner Amber to do my Nail Gaga E-File training. I travelled all the way from the North of Scotland to come and do it, I couldn't be more thankful of how lovely and welcoming I felt in her beautiful salon. I had the pleasure to do the training alongside another member of her team Jasmine. The course was more or less 1 to 1 training and it was very thorough. After just the day course I came away feeling confident to go back and introduce this service straight away into my salon. You learnt everything about how the E-files came about, to what all the drill bits are for, to learning different techniques and how to use it safely on the nail.  As I have a salon on my own, Both Amber and Jasmine helped me with other things salon related and I felt it was a lovely networking system also. As ever, Bay Beauty have done an exceptional job with my nails. I’ve had several different treatments here, and I cannot fault this team. Highly recommend

The girl doing my nails and a few of the other staff members were very lovely and welcoming. Young girl on Reception was quite rude and could do with more customer service training. The appt took 3hrs for acrylic nails which is quite time consuming compared to others, two nails have fallen off within 4 days of getting them done and another is hanging on for... Show more »

My family has been using Bay Beauty for years and they love them and never let them down. Gents I can only speak out of experience, recently my eye brows have started joining my side burns so they needed taming - hence my visit and can i say the team are fantastic. Amber and the team are amazing and sorted them out in minutes…….gents don’t spend time in fr... Show more »

Amber and the team are amazing and sorted them out in minutes…….gents don’t spend time in front of a mirror making wonky eyebrows trying to sort it out, leave it to the professionals.

I cannot praise this salon enough. The staff were amazing, and unbelievably patient, when I booked my granddaughter’s appointment and then had to change it several times. Toni, who did the eyelash extension, was very professional but also very friendly. She explained everything very clearly and made us feel totally confident in her ability. I would not hesit...
