Had my first ever Indian head massage yesterday with Sheba and it was wonderful. Had been in a lot of pain recently and booked spontaneously.
Sheba booked me in the same day and was so welcoming and lovely- with shockingly strong hands! The massage was brilliant, mix of different techniques, super relaxing and stimulating at the same time. She checked my comfort with regard to pressure etc regularly.

I recently experienced an Abhyanga massage with steam treatment and it was incredibly rejuvenating and grounding experience. The massage felt deeply nourishing both physically and mentally, leaving me with a sense of calm and well being. The warm aromatic oil combined with long soothing strokes helped release tension, improve circulation nourish my skin and soothe my muscles. She worked from head to toe incorporating vital energy points to clear any blockages. The steam treatment afterwards was the perfect complement, opening my pores and enhancing the detox process. I left feeling more centred with a profound sense of tranquility and clarity. I noticed improved sleep quality a sense of lightness that lasted days.
