Had my first ever Indian head massage yesterday with Sheba and it was wonderful. Had been in a lot of pain recently and booked spontaneously.
Sheba booked me in the same day and was so welcoming and lovely- with shockingly strong hands! The massage was brilliant, mix of different techniques, super relaxing and stimulating at the same time. She checked my comfort with regard to pressure etc regularly.
By the time I left, all my scalp tension was gone, my neck was loose and I walked out the door feeling relaxed and light. Great experience, will definitely be booking again! ❤️ Show less »

No words to describe how amazing this lady is at her profession. I suffer from chronic pain through several different issues, I take Several different painkillers and nerve blockers through the day, fed up with them having no effect I started to look for alternative treatment, I attended the clinic and met with the lovely lady Sheeba. I suffer from chronic pain through several different issues, I take Several different painkillers and nerve blockers through the day, fed up with them having no effect I started to look for alternative treatment, I attended the clinic and met with the lovely lady Sheeba. OMG! What a difference in my mobility after this, a full head to toe treatment, (Indian head massage, at the start was amazing) as was the whole treatment, Don't get me wrong when she started on my body, she had me in agony, but WOW, was it worth it, now two weeks later I still have better mobility, my feet were always freezing, and straight away she worked on my legs, and since I now have cosy toes as well. I cannot wait to start on a course of treatment with Sheeba which for the first time in a long time I actually feel like there is a way to be pain free without the need of several different painkillers . I recently experienced an Abhyanga massage with steam treatment and it was incredibly rejuvenating and grounding experience. The massage felt deeply nourishing both physically and mentally, leaving me with a sense of calm and well being. The warm aromatic oil combined with long soothing strokes helped release tension, improve circulation nourish my skin and soothe my muscles. She worked from head to toe incorporating vital energy points to clear any blockages. The steam treatment afterwards was the perfect complement, opening my pores and enhancing the detox process. I left feeling more centred with a profound sense of tranquility and clarity. I noticed improved sleep quality a sense of lightness that lasted days.
