Always so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely love the interior. One place i can say there is consistency when it comes to leaving the salon knowing my hair has been enhanced in exactly the way i wanted. So happy to have found Jen - a lovely lady!

I have been visiting Aura for several months now and I am amazed by everything. The decor and setting is beautiful. The staff are kind and happy to help in many ways. The treatments are first class and have lasting effect. My nails can last 6 weeks plus. I’ve recently had a pedicure which again was fantastic and very relaxing. If you’ve not visited Aura you... Amazing🤩.
First time using this salon. Everyone made me feel welcome. Jen ,who cut my hair was AMAZING! Gave me a cut that I wanted and I’m just so in love with my hair now. She was just a lovely person, make me feel so comfortable. Honestly so impressed over all. I will definitely will be returning !

Took me a long time to find a hairdresser I like and trust. Annie at Aura is really good. Since she started doing my hair, I have had many compliments and her knowledge around hair is brilliant. So happy with my hair!!

I have been a regular customer of Aura for many years Sophie always does my hair and she is excellent and I had Laura for my nails until she went on Maternity leave she was also excellent. Came here for my nails for a very long time, once a month for many years and loved going. However I then had an incident last June where the person doing my nails caused a really bad injury, I ended up with a hole in my nail due to the technician. However I then had an incident last June where the person doing my nails caused a really bad injury, I ended up with a hole in my nail due to the technician. Since then no one bothered to contact me to see if I was okay after or to see why I hadn't been for over a year, after going monthly for about 4 years. I do not recommend at all unfortunately, really upset me as I loved going here & spent 4 years recommending here. Show less »

I absolutely love Aura and all the staff there. I first came across the clinic when looking for a wedding hairdresser. Super pleased with the work Annie did both at the trial and on the day. She immediately knew what I wanted from the few photo inspos I took with me, and I felt immediately comfortable with her. From this first visit I then booked in with Sandra for wedding makeup. It was such a nice experience having the trials and on the day experience with Sandra, who made me feel really special and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience being pampered and picking up tips from her. I have since returned to the salon several times for hair colour by Annie and Jen who both did a great job and for good quality eyebrow threading. All the services are reasonably priced and I look forward to booking in again soon. Thank you team! Show less »

A bit of a late review but better late than never x I originally came here as per one of my colleagues recommendations, and honestly, I could not have had a better experience. I had my hair done and my nails here. Now my hair, I had April and she did absolutely amazingly. It can be a struggle to find someone who listens to what you want, and executes it perfectly. My goal currently is to grow my hair out, however I was in desperate need of shaping, layers adding, and a slight trim to keep it healthy. She took off the perfect amount off length so that it wasn't too short or noticeable, but left my hair looking stunning and so so easy to maintain x My hair just looks, and feels 10x better. I will definitely be booking in with her again, not only is she an amazing stylist, but a lovely person too. I also had Nadia for my nails. It was my first time having my nails done professionally, and I had some biab extensions with nail art. They came out looking so incredibly pretty, and Nadia was absolutely wonderful the entire time. Again, I couldn't recommend this salon more. They offer so many different beauty services, the prices are great, and the staff are so lovely and so amazing at what they do. ❤️ edited to add: I also recently saw Rhyanna who gave me the most stunning nails! Seriously is there anything Auras nail techs can't do? Both Nadia and Rhyanna are both incredible at their jobs, if you're looking to get your nails done these women are so so so amazing at what they do! Show less »

I've been coming to Aura for ten plus years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair. The team are welcoming, warm and friendly. Luke is an amazing stylist and always provides me with a professional and enjoyable experience.
