I always love coming to Aspects for my treatments and have consistently had great experiences. I always feel relaxed and welcomed, and the customer service is great, which is why I continue to return.

I recently had builder gel nails done here after needing to find a new nail tech. My first appointment was with Daisie, who was excellent. My nails stayed on for a solid five weeks, which is exactly what I would expect from builder gel and is very typical for my nails.

My second appointment, however, was with Nooshin and unfortunately this experience was disappointing. The nail prep did not seem to be done properly, as just three days after the appointment one builder gel nail came straight off. This is very unusual for me, as my nails normally last a good four to five weeks before needing to be replaced and do not lift easily.

Around ten days later, another nail came off simply from pulling up my jeans. By day twelve, all of the nails were lifting and barely hanging on, and I was able to peel them off easily. This has never happened to me before with builder gel. Even in the past when a nail has lifted and I have had no choice but to remove it, it has usually been very difficult to do.

I was also informed that Aspects will no longer be offering builder gel from January due to the time and prep involved. This is obviously disappointing, particularly as builder gel removal is an added extra that is paid for on top of the treatment.

However, I will continue to use Aspects for all of my other beauty treatments, as it is a great place and I have never had any issues outside of this. Show less »

Daisie is the best, enthusiastic, thorough, in every treatment she does. I have had waxing and different beauty treatments with Daisie and every thing she does is top class and she is a wonderful kind efficient young lady and very creative. Daisie is the best, enthusiastic, thorough, in every treatment she does. I have had waxing and different beauty treatments with Daisie and every thing she does is top class and she is a wonderful kind efficient young lady and very creative. If I could give 6 stars I would. Once a client always a client. Sarah and her team here are exceptional. Iv had two treatments at aspects recently and I will not go anywhere else from now on. I came in wanting my eyebrows threaded but was convinced to get them waxed instead, and I really regret it. I specifically asked for no arch, but she gave me one anyway, and now the shape doesn’t suit my face at all. My brows were left too high and thin, which I clearly said I didn’t want. It felt rushed — like she just wanted to finish quickly since it was... Show more »

It felt rushed — like she just wanted to finish quickly since it was the end of her shift — and I didn’t feel like she actually cared about what I asked for. Now I’m stuck waiting weeks for my brows to grow back, and I had to pay £15 for a result I’m really unhappy with. I wouldn’t trust them with brows again. Show less »

I was visiting Aspects for a first time as this place was recommended. The atmosphere is amazing, people who work there seem to be professional But, Unfortunately my 75min treatment was not 75min as we started later, but just 60min and charged obviously for 75. This was a disappointment. Also you can’t totally relax as you can hear loudly chatty clients next... Show more »

I was visiting Aspects for a first time as this place was recommended.
The atmosphere is amazing, people who work there seem to be professional
But, Unfortunately my 75min treatment was not 75min as we started later, but just 60min and charged obviously for 75.
This was a disappointment. Also you can’t totally relax as you can hear loudly chatty clients next door while you are having your treatment. Show less »
