I was very nervous and don't like needles!! However, Laura made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. Laura also spoke to me throughout the procedure asking if I was alright and explaining what she was doing which put me even more at ease.
I love my new lips and even thinking of having more treatment. I'm so happy and feel more confident too. I will definitely be going back !!
