I’ve been visiting this clinic for a few months now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are warm, friendly, and genuinely lovely — the kind of people you feel completely comfortable trusting with your face. Every visit has been such a positive experience, and the results have always been amazing.

I also took advantage of their Black Friday offer, which was fantastic and such great value. It was the perfect opportunity to treat myself, and I’m so glad I did.

I found Anna on Instagram and booked a consultation for the removal of an enlarged mole on my stomach, which had bothered me for years. I found Anna on Instagram and booked a consultation for the removal of an enlarged mole on my stomach, which had bothered me for years. Anna was extremely helpful during the consultation and recommended a combination of both cryotherapy and electrolysis to remove the mole. All the treatments were fully explained, and my full medical history was checked and updated at every appointment, which made me feel safe in Anna's hands.
After two rounds of cryotherapy (which just felt very cold!), the mole had shrunk by over 50% and was now ready to be removed by electrolysis. Anna recommended allowing a month between treatments for the area to heal fully and reduce potential discomfort during electrolysis. The electrolysis treatment was a little more uncomfortable; however, Anna had prepared me for this and provided lots of breaks and great conversation during the appointment as a distraction, making sure I was comfortable throughout. A week later, I attended a review appointment and am thrilled with my results. The unsightly, lumpy mole which has bothered me since my early teens is no more. The area will now heal like any other cut and regain its pigment over time, blending with the rest of my skin. It feels silly that something as minor as a mole had been preventing me from wearing certain clothing, like bikinis or crop tops, during the summer, but I now feel confident and am so happy I found Anna.

Had PRP at a few places before on my hair, knew what to roughly expect, but didn’t realise that the way Anna and Lisa do it, is even more pain free. Actually by the end of it all I felt rejuvenated and very relaxed!!
