I have recently joined this practice, and being very nervous and scared of the dentist, I can honestly say I think I have made the right choice. Iram has been soo patient and understanding, and I am just about to start my extensive treatment plan, and although I’m petrified, I know I am in safe hands with Iram. I have also managed to have a hygiene appointment with the lovely Julia, and she was so gentle and calm and really reassuring and helpful at my appointment. The nurses are also very friendly, always making sure you are okay and comfortable. The receptionist’s are also so lovely and welcoming. This is literally going to change my life, and I can’t thank this dental practice enough for being the best at what they do! Show less »

I have had a lot of work done spanning a few months, but I may be the only person who has been excited with every visit! I do not fear injections as Iram is really skilled at administering them, and talked me through the process of removing damaged crown, i.e. ‘a bit of drilling sound coming’ and giving me time to swallow as necessary. I have had a lot of work done spanning a few months, but I may be the only person who has been excited with every visit! I do not fear injections as Iram is really skilled at administering them, and talked me through the process of removing damaged crown, i.e. ‘a bit of drilling sound coming’ and giving me time to swallow as necessary. I am almost at the end of my treatment and have had things done which I hadn’t realised had become a problem, but am now assured my teeth could well out live me!
Whichever nurse comes to meet me and is working with Iram they are all friendly and do their job well.
Added to that the receptionists greet patients with a smile and after treatment, call after a day or two to ensure all is well.
I was recommended to visit Andrew House and am glad that I followed that advice.

Absolutely first class. Absolutely first class. Due to various reasons (excuses) I had not visited a dentist since a house move over 6 years ago so I was somewhat concerned (terrified actually) at joining a new dental practice and not knowing what work they would find and how much it would cost (not to mention the pain). A good friend of mine recommended I join Andrew House. He was absolutely right. The staff were all very friendly, caring, put me right at ease and were utmost professional. To my surprise (relief) I did not require any additional treatment beyond a clean and I strongly felt they were not looking “to make unnecessary work/money” out of me which I feel some dental practices probably do. All in all I can not recommend the staff and the practice high enough and almost look forward to going back there in six months time for a checkup! Show less »
