I went to have tear through filler like month ago . My under eye was not that hallow but I kinda did not like when I took pictures so I had fillers done 2 times before and I have experience how it is suppose to look and what result to expect . On the day after it was done she did mention she under treated my fillers because in few days it will be fuller . So I had it done and after 1 week or so I started to notice it still had the undereye hallow so I addressed to Donna few times but she said for me to wait 2 weeks . And I was going out of country after 1 week and she knew that too. I even offer her to pay external if needed but I wanted good result . But she still suggested to wait 2 weeks . So during this course I went out of country (I live outside uk ). Now after month I look at my eyes in mirror I don’t see much different . I even compare my old pic and current new picture there is only little different but the lines and hollowness is still there. I mean it’s not even about money it’s about getting good result and tbh I m not satisfy with the result at all . So I guess I have to spend more money and do all this over again . This is my HONEST REVIEW . Because like I mentioned I know how it should had been . Although her service was good but the outcome and result is not great.

Why I Trust Donna with My Face (and Occasionally My Sanity

If you're looking for someone with genuine medical expertise and the calm, no-nonsense approach of someone who’s truly seen it all (yes, she was a prison nurse), and who might just sort both your skin and your life out in one appointment, then Donna is the one for you.

I’ve come to her for acid peels where I was so nervous she had to fan my face while calmly talking me down. I’ve had skin boosters in my hands (which are so dry they could sand wood) and more recently in my face (equally parched). I was terrified, obviously, but she has a rare knack for being both clinical and kind. One minute she’s giving you the science, the next she’s gently fanning your face while you question your life choices.

She’s just achieved her Level 7 qualification, which means that when the industry finally gets regulated, she’ll be one of the few still legally allowed to hold a needle. Frankly, if someone is wielding a pointy object next to my face, this is exactly the kind of energy and qualification I want.

Visiting her is part beauty treatment, part counselling session. She makes you look better and feel better, which is more than I can say for most people holding sharp objects.

10/10 would let her needle me again. Show less »
