The most amazing, life changing experience I have had or ever will. This man has given an old lady their confidence back with just 6 hours of work. At consultation, I thought I just needed my skin tightening but Professor Mahajan recommended a Blepharoplasty and face and neck lift. Wow. Just wow. I couldn’t believe the difference. But it was so natural, not too tight that you can’t smile…just perfect. The operation was done under local anaesthetic and I’m not going to lie, it was a hard 6 hour operation. The nurses , Grace and Jay, were by my side throughout But it was so worth it when I saw the results. The recovery was so easy. Everything started to settle after a couple of days. Took it easy for a couple of weeks and then I was back to doing most everyday tasks. I haven’t looked back since. And I no longer hide from a camera, unfortunately, I can’t stop taking selfies. My whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Professor Mahajan was professional, talking through the treatment options, explaining the pros and cons. Talked me through the procedure during the initial consultation. He made sure that I was having the procedure for the right reasons. Booking the procedure was easy, and the operation took place just a few weeks later
The operation itself was completed in theatre under local anaesthetic. I was worried about the injections, however I was given constant reassurance and everything was explained as we went along.
There was music playing in the background the whole time, and the atmosphere was relaxed and good humoured. I was able to ask questions and could even look at what was going to happen.
I was relaxed the whole time, and the whole procedure was painless.

Once the operation was completed, I was given aftercare advice and follow up appointments. I was provided with contact numbers if I had any questions or any issues, which I didn't
The healing process went well, and I had no pain in my face. I was back to work within a week

I am now three months in, and I have to say the results are fantastic. The scarring is minimal and cannot be seen as it is well hidden under the hairline

On the day of the procedure, I felt completely at ease thanks to the calm and professional approach of the surgical team. The procedure itself was straightforward, and recovery was quicker and more comfortable than I expected.

Arm Lift Procedure
Choosing to have arm lift surgery (brachioplasty) with Professor Ajay Mahajan was the one of the best things I have ever done. I have been extremely conscious about the look of my arms for many years and have been considering the surgery for a long time. Professor Mahajan clearly explained the procedure to me and gave me the option of having it under local anaesthetic. I did not have to think twice as this meant I could go home within a few hours and would feel back to normal much more quickly.
Following my initial consultation in early November I booked in for the procedure at the Evolve Clinic on the 20th of December.
On the day of surgery, I arrived at 8am and was looked after by Jawayria. She was amazing, so kind and caring and she explained clearly what would happen that morning. I was understandably nervous but was quickly put at ease by the team, who chatted to me throughout the procedure. I was kept very comfortable throughout and the team explained what was happening at each stage of the procedure. By lunchtime I was on my way home and was feeling great.
A month after surgery and my arms are healing well. People have commented how much different they look even when I am wearing long sleeves. I am so glad I decided to have the surgery with Professor Mahajan and have it under local anaesthetic, I could not be happier with the result and hope to have further surgery with the team.
