I recently completed a Make-Up Diploma through Allure Training Academy and now have the right skills and qualifications to work as a Make-Up Artist, which has always been a dream for years! Nicole, who carried out my training, was very informative and so lovely. She taught me so many things I didn't know before and gave me some helpful tips to take into my new venture. Gillian has also been very supportive and encouraging through the process too giving me a boost of confidence. I'd thoroughly recommend anyone who is looking at taking any course with the training academy to do it! It's awesome ❤️

Had lip colour top up today after 2+ years with Gillian. Highly professional, attention to detail impeccable, with a lovely friendly sense of humour. Numbing cream applied with outline, lovely end result. Beautiful human! 2nd treatment was Skin Rejuvenating Booster with Lucyella. First time having this new treatment which had been explained that to have optimum results, then to consider another treatment. Lucy is a highly trained young woman who has many years experience despite her young age. Ensuring thorough explanation, relaxed friendly confident and experience. I was extremely happy with the final result and have booker in for the 2nd Booster with Lucyella. Beautiful, chatty and professional experience within the salon with a coffee and a cake while I waited! 5 Stars all round!

Footnote to previous review. There is no card payment within store, the terms and conditions agreed on the booking app states, no shows will agree to a “fee processed from their card used at the time of booking” Sorry Nicola, your wrong, as is your assumption on a young woman with tonnes of professional experience.

Booked an appointment for skin boosters. Received confirmation the day before that I was to receive the treatment from Lucyella. Booked an appointment for skin boosters. Received confirmation the day before that I was to receive the treatment from Lucyella. I looked up their website to see that she was 18 with less than 1 years official beauty experience and although it said she has training in 'advanced facial treatments' inc carbon facial and microneedling there was no mention of any training with injectables. Having never had this treatment before, I messaged to say I would not be comfortable having someone with this little experience and no advertised qualification injecting my face and wanted to cancel. Although this was the evening before my appointment due to being at work and not reading it until I was home and so I was giving less than 24 hours notice, I felt I could have been offered a trained more experienced therapist due to my concerns. However, I received no reply and the next day was charged £40 (which I am assuming was a no show charge) to a previous card I had used in the salon which I was unaware they had stored on their system. This was not a training appointment or discounted for someone to gain experience. Extremely unhappy at receiving no response and being charged without being offered an appointment with someone actually trained in the procedure I booked. Show less »
