Annabella was so professional during my lip treatment. She was very informative, answered all questions and made me feel at ease. She took her time, made sure i was happy half way through and always checking in on how I was doing. So lovely and easy to chat to also :) Gave me a pack with care instructions in and an ice pack, so much more than ive ever received before with other practioners, it’s the little things like this that make such a difference! & she has messaged afterwards and been checking in with me since the treatment!
