Went to get my polynucleotide treatment for the first time at alexus beauty. Nicola is absolutely Amazing! She is so welcoming and friendly. I had a few questions about the treatment after booking and the receptionist promised Nicola would get back in touch as she was off the day I booked. However, this salon is able to accommodate up to customer needs well. If you are displeased, they want to hear customer feedback and prioritise it. They look for things they can improve on constantly. All the staff in Alexus Beauty, are well trained, and positive, creating a friendly environment.
