I recently had my breast augmentation at Alexandra Hospital in Chesterfield, and I can honestly say the whole experience was outstanding. From start to finish, I felt completely supported and cared for.

My surgeon, Dr. Davide, was incredible – so knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring throughout. He really listened to what I wanted and delivered results that have gone beyond my expectations. I couldn’t be happier.

A special mention also goes to my nurse, Bethany Hewitt, who was amazing. She was kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way, especially during the times when I felt most nervous.

The hospital itself was spotless, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the aftercare has been second to none. Recovery has been smooth thanks to the clear guidance and support I received.

I’m so grateful to Dr. Davide, Bethany, and the entire team at Alexandra Hospital for making this such a positive experience. I would 100% recommend them to anyone considering surgery – truly a 5-star service from start to finish!

I simply cannot recommend the Alexandra hospital highly enough.
I was scared to have surgery although felt I needed it for many years due to back pain and cosmetic reasons which caused me to lack confidence for many years.
The procedure I wanted appeared to be a big operation, I was scared and reluctant to go ahead.
However, the minute I came for a consultation I felt welcomed and at ease and I booked the procedure.
My surgeon was first class , honest and confident. Reception staff welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and organised. My nurse was just fabulous.
The surgery itself was so straight forward, pain free and successful I wished I had done it years ago. I actually enjoyed the whole experience, everyone involved was excellent.
I now have the confidence I lacked in my appearance and less back pain.
Thank you everyone at Alexandra Hospital for helping me through a very difficult period of my life and making things so much better. Show less »

I don’t know where to begin with this review. I attended to see Dr Helena for a BA procedure and the results have exceeded my expectations. Diane, I haven’t got enough words she is an absolute asset to the hospital and nothing is ever too much. She is an absolute diamond.

Reception team - very welcoming and supportive through correspondence.Special thanks to Catrina who was fabulous answering my calls and following up with answers to any questions.

The medical director - what a lovely gentleman and again provides such a warm caring attitude to anyone who steps foot in the door.

The hospital has a real family feel to it and not an ounce of pretentiousness compared to other private hospital l had visited.

This procedure was something I had wanted for over 15years so was not a rushed decision and without sounding cheesy I feel like a new women.

For 11 years now I have put off surgery and I have eventually thought about myself and done it. I am so happy I chose Alexandra Private Hospital, the staff are amazing, the nurses, admin team surgeons etc are all so caring and compassionate. I couldn’t recommended any more. I am so happy I chose Alexandra Private Hospital, the staff are amazing, the nurses, admin team surgeons etc are all so caring and compassionate. I couldn’t recommended any more.

If you are thinking about having surgery I would enquire here.each member of staff involved in my surgery/admissions etc have all introduced themselves separately and nothing is ever too much for them to ensure their patients are comfortable.

Shambles. Had my surgery booked for months and repeatedly chased Alexandra by phone and email to book my pre-op assessment and even pay the balance for my surgery! All things which should be organised by Alexandra and not me (the patient) chasing for. I was reassured a couple of weeks prior I would be booked in for my pre-op assessment shortly. I then recei... Shambles. Had my surgery booked for months and repeatedly chased Alexandra by phone and email to book my pre-op assessment and even pay the balance for my surgery! All things which should be organised by Alexandra and not me (the patient) chasing for. I was reassured a couple of weeks prior I would be booked in for my pre-op assessment shortly. I then received an email in the evening one week before my surgery that it had been cancelled. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. The only explanation given for this being staff shortages. After not being able to get through to the hospital by phone or email again I attended in person to find out what was happening and if there was any way my surgery could still proceed. I still have no news on any dates and at this point have zero confidence in the care I would receive from Alexandra had the surgery taken place. If you want a high standard of service and care simply don’t use this hospital. Show less »
